Existing Clients - Opening New Registration
Welcome back! As you've already used SportsHeadz's Registration system, most of the initial setup is already done for you. We've made this as easy as possible for you to continue using this season after season with minimal work required. TIP: Remember to turn on Sandbox mode in the Branding section if you want to hide this until you are ready to open Registration.
Step 1 - Create or Duplicate your Season.
You can start from scratch and create a brand new season or you can duplicate a previous season which will also bring the previous divisions with it. See this link and scroll down to the Duplicate section. https://support.sportsheadz.com/article/214-create-season
Step 2 - Set Up your Divisions
If you've duplicated your season in the step above then your divisions will already be listed within your season. Instead of creating them from scratch, you can now just edit all of the options that are already in that division. See this link: https://support.sportsheadz.com/article/217-setting-up-divisions
TIP: MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE THE DATES IN THE DIVISIONS IF YOU'VE DUPLICAED THESE FROM A PREVIOUS SEASON.
Step 3 - Create New Form or Copy Existing Form

Step 5 - Double check ALL of your information before you turn off Sandbox mode.
This is the checklist we suggest:
- Check all Divisions and make sure they are named correctly and have the right age group (dates are correct). For each Division go through and make sure Registration limits, Waitlist Expire Days, Enable Order Email (email that goes out to the registrant upon acceptance of registration.)
- After all Divisions are double checked we need to establish pricing is correct. Forms - Edit Existing Forms - Assign Divisions
- Make sure you review all the questions.
