Copy Form

Instead of building a new form, you can copy a form you have previously created. Navigate to Forms.

Setup

Click on the action button for the form you want to copy and click Copy.

Select the Association you wish to copy this form to. Hit Continue.

You will want to change ALL of the information on this form so that it applies to the new form you are wanting to use. Choose a new name, dates etc. When you are finished hit Continue. If you need a reminder on what these fields are for, click here.
