Brackets Waitlist

With Brackets Waitlist, you can keep signing up teams even after a group is full. If a team drops out, tournament directors can quickly plug in a team from the waitlist to take their place.

With the waitlist feature active, teams are permitted to submit the registration form while being clearly informed of their waitlist status.

Note (1)

If you have a single team or more on the waitlist, ALL NEW SUBSEQUENT registrations will be added to the waitlist. (even if your team limit has not been reached) as seen in the above example.

How to fix this?

1. "Accept" all teams on the waiting list (if you have room) or
2. Move the teams on the "Waiting list" to "Pending".

Note (2)

Increasing your team limit does not automatically take teams off your Waiting list and make them Accepted. The tournament director must change their registration status.
