One-Time Custom Report

If you are looking to quickly pull a report with information that is not on one of the pre-built reports, you can do a custom report. Click on Custom Report or use the icon on the far right (3 little dots).

Select your form. Season and Division are optional. Check off any information you want to include.

When you are finished, click Generate.

Your information will appear on the page where you can view and download if necessary.

This report will not save.
