Saved (Custom) Templates

There may be information you are looking for that is not included in the pre-built templates SportsHeadz has provided. Not to worry! For reports like this that you use frequently, you can build a custom template.

To start a new template, click Create.

Give your template a name and choose a form. Be sure to check of ALL information you would like included for this specific template. Hit Create Report when done.

Your template will be listed on the main page.

Use the Actions button to generate, edit or delete this report.
