Email/Communicate with Users

There are numerous places within your system where you can email your users.

Email All Users For The Season

To email every user for a particular season, navigate to My League - Seasons.

Click the Action buttons and Email Users for that Season.

Enter your Subject Line and the body of your message. If you would like to receive a copy yourself, please make sure you check off that box.

By default, this will email EVERY USER for the season. You can however remove users by clicking on Edit Recipients. Uncheck whomever you wish to remove and click Confirm.

You also have options to Copy the email list or open your email directly.

Email Users For A Division

If you would like to email users from a specific division you can also do this. Navigate to Divisions. Select Your Season.

Click on the Action button and Email Users for the Division you are looking to email.

This works exactly the same way as mentioned above. Your recipient list however will only be this division.

Email Teams

You can go a step further and email specific teams. Navigate to Teams - Select Season AND Division. Follow the same steps as above.

Email User on Waitlist

You may send an email to a user on a Waitlist. Navigate to Form Submissions - Waitlist. Select your Season, Division and User if applicable. Click the action button and Email Contact.
