Scheduling for another Season

You can schedule for another season even when that season is NOT the current season. This is particularly useful for Try-Outs. 

Make sure you have first created your new season. DO NOT MAKE IT CURRENT. Navigate to the Scheduling module and go into Other Seasons.

Choose your season and begin to schedule as normal. 

If you are trying to do this for a tournament, you need to be assigned as the tournament administrator explicitly. Do this in the Admin - Manage Users section. Exactly like setting up a team webmaster, but a tournament administrator and when doing that it will ask what season to assign the role to and then give a list of tournaments in whatever season you tell it to. 

When you navigate to the Tournament module, it will now show the future tournament.
