Deleting Form Submissions

1. The form needs an end date, and the end date has to have been at least 2 months ago
2. The form can’t have been updated within the past 2 weeks (adding an end date is updating the form, so 2 weeks after doing so if that happens)
3. The last submission of the form has to have been at least 2 months ago

If all those are “true”, then the form itself (and all its submissions) are delete-able.
