Brackets team sent wrong amount Payment

In the event a team sends you a partial payment you were not expecting you will need to add this payment to their account.

In Brackets, navigate to Registered Teams and click on the specific team, a window will open.  Look for the FEES & PAYMENTS section on the right-side of the window.

1. If your tournament is setup to accept deposits but the team sent you a different amount than expected, you will need to modify the amount of the deposit.  Click the MODIFY EXISTING FEE + and the window will expand.

2. Choose Deposit from the drop-down, enter the amount of the payment you received.

3. Click the ADD NEW PAYMENT + to expand the window.  Choose Deposit from the Drop-down and the Payment Method (immediate right).  Finally, click the ADD button and the payment will be applied.  This will verify the payment and update the team's balance owing.

Adding an Instalment payment when you do not accept Deposits

1. In the FEES & PAYMENTS section, click CREATE NEW FEE + and the window will expand

2. Choose Deposit from drop-down menu, enter an amount, enter the due date (today's date)
3. Click the ADD NEW PAYMENT + and the window will expand, select Deposit from the drop-down and click the ADD button.  This will verify the payment and update the team's balance owing.
