Brackets Register a Team Manually
Tournament administrators can bypass the registration form by adding a new team "manually". This may be useful when adding your home association teams or a last minute entry after your registration has closed.
In Brackets, navigate to Manage Teams —> Registered Teams. At the top right of the page click the "Add Teams" button; a window will open.
- Select the group for the team you are adding. Displayed is the current registration "limit" for the group, the number of accepted and confirmed teams as well as the entry fee for this group.

- Enter the Team Name. If this team is part of your association, check the Host Team check-box.

- Enter the Manager/Coach's Name, select their role and email address as the Team Admin Contact. This person will be the primary contact for the team. Click the ADD Button to add the new contact.

- Select the Registration Status for this new team.
For teams paying to enter the tournament, select "Set As Accepted" and ensure the Create Registration Fees check box is enabled.
For teams who are not paying to enter, select "Set As Confirmed" and this will not generate fees for the team.
If a team is initially set to confirmed with no fees generated, but is later determined to pay, simply change the team's registration status from Confirmed to Accepted and fees will be created.

- If this team is local and does not require hotel rooms, check the "Local Team" check-box.

6 Click "Insert & Add Another" or Insert & Close" to add the team.
