Tournament Scheduling Slots

To help with scheduling, ‘Slots’ represent the ice, field, or floor times you have reserved for the tournament. Slots are tied to a specific venue on a specific day of your event.

By adding your booked Slots, you’ll be able to clearly see your available ice/field time and schedule games directly within those slots.

1. Ensure all of your venues have been added.
2. Click the "Add Slot" button at the top right of the page and a window will open.

1. Select your venue
2. Select the date of the slot
3. Select the start and end time of the slot
4. Insert & Add Another if you have additional slots to enter

To visualize the Slots you just created, in Brackets, navigate to Schedules—>Manage Games—>Venue Utilization

The date tabs are listed at the top. Click a tab to move to that date.

Venue abbreviations are listed as column headings

Vertical green bars indicate the start and end of slots.
