Brackets Add/Update or Remove coach or manager

Add or Update a new Team Admin (Manager or Coach)

In Brackets, navigate to Manage Team —> Registered Teams

Double-click on the team line and a window will open

Add the Name, Email address and phone for a Primary Admin and or Alternate admin. You must have a Primary Admin before adding an Alternative Admin. Click Update.


Remove a Team Admin (Manager or Coach)

If you have a coach or manager who is no longer with a team, they must be removed as a Team Admin and delete the person from their team contacts.

Step 1. Tournament Director adds the New Primary Admin as described above.

Step 2. Go to the team's Self-Management Portal in the Manage Contacts Section. Note: This can be done by the new Team Admin or by the Tournament Director.

2.1 Click the Team Contacts Tab

2.2 Click the Manage Contacts button

2.3 Remove the "Admin" privileges for the person leaving the team. Click the Set Admins button and a window will open at the bottom of the page.

2.4 Set your New Primary Admin (person taking over) and ensure the person leaving the team is not set as a Primary or Alternate Admin. Click the SAVE button to apply the changes.

2.5 Delete the person as a team "contact" by clicking the settings wheel and a window will open at the bottom of the page.

2.6 Click the Delete button at the bottom right of the page.




An "Alternate Admin" holds the same privileges as the "Primary Admin." This includes the ability to upload documents, book hotel room blocks, arrange payments, add logos, manage player lineups, and update team contact information. Alternate Admins also receive the same email notifications as the Primary Admin.
