Not Showing Sender Error

If emails seem to not be showing the sender, it is usually because a setting has been turned off. To fix this, you need to login to the mail server itself, NOT the website.

As a Domain Admin, you will have access to ALL of the email accounts for your domain.

When logged in, go to Domain Settings:

The Accounts section will show all emails on your domain.

Double click on the email you wish to check the setting for. Scroll down until you see this area. MAKE SURE KEEP ORIGINAL SENDER AND RECIPIENTS WHEN FORWARDED IS SET TO ON.

Hit Save at the top of the page. Now is probably a good time to go through all of your accounts to verify this is on for any that have a forwarding address set.
