Brackets Register Landing Page

When a visitor clicks on the register button or register menu item on your tournament homepage, they will end up on your "Register Landing Page". This page is your opportunity to sell your tournament and convince teams why they should participate. Typical uses for that could be things which would be on a flyer - sanction #, dates / locations, # of games guaranteed, or anything that is trying to attract teams to register. Use the "content" boxes with the blue outline to add your custom messaging.
Dates & Fees:
For tournament registration to open, you must specify the registration open & close dates as well as tournament entry fees. (you must also set team registration limits)
At the top of the Register Landing Page, click on the Dates & Fees tab.
Double-click on the line with your tournament name and a window will open.
Open Registration date: This can be a date in the future and registration will open at midnight on that day.
Close Registration date: You must enter a close date. If you reach your group registration limit before this date, registration will automatically close.
Full entry fee amount: Please note, the SportsHeadz admin fee will be added on top of the amount you enter.
Full Payment Due Date: This can be a set date (as shown in this example) OR a number of days after the team has been accepted into the tournament.
Deposit Payment Due Date: This can be a set date OR a number of days after the team has been accepted into the tournament (as shown in this example).
Early Bird Entry: Entice your teams to register early by offering a discount. Enter the Early Bird fee and a cut-off date.
In some cases, the tournament organizer may need to extend the registration close date for one specific group or make the fees higher or lower for other groups.
To modify the registration settings for a specific group, double-click on the group line and a window will open. Make your changes and click the update button. The changes you apply will appear in bold in the table.
