Navigate to Announcements:
An Announcement is the landing page that contacts will be sent to when they receive your messages. When contacts (or tags of contacts) are sent a message, you can choose which announcement the message relates to and the email / push notification received by the contact will link to that announcement. You can also include a short description of the announcement in both the email (300 character limit) as well as the push notification (150 character limit). These can be set as defaults with with the announcement itself, and then overridden on a message-by-message basis if needed when those are sent.
When the information in an announcement is time-sensitive, the announcement can also prescribe a "visible after" and/or "visible until" date. The visible until date is recommended.
Click Add Announcement.
Enter a title. Dates are optional. Enter a Default Email Notification if you eish. Enter a Default Push Notification Message if you wish. Enter your Announcement Page Content. Hit Insert.

Announcements will be listed on the page. You can edit at anytime. If you have a default email and/or push notification entered, the green icons will be active. You can see the Views for this announcement on this page. You can also delete at anytime.
