Error When Trying To Add Coach

If you are on the App Admin Page and getting a system error when trying to add a coach it is because you have ALREADY added the coach to the team.

They are not appearing on this page because they most likely haven't created their account yet.  Therefore when you try to add them again, it gives you an error. You can always verify this by going to the App roster page for the team. See below:


If you see the name here, you can confirm that's the issue. Anyone with an SH icon beside their name has created their account and is good to go. If they don't have the SH icon, it means they just haven't created their account.
From this page, you can re-send the invite OR you can simply just tell the coach to download the App and create an account with the email you used.
