Adding/Editing Evaluators

Navigate to Scouting and Evaluations.

Click on Evaluators.

To add a new Evaluator, Invite Evaluator.

Enter their email. If you would like this invite to expire, check off the box and enter a date for expiration. Select the Division(s) they will be evaluating. Click Send Invite when done.

The invite will sit in Invited mode until the person accepts.

You can Edit, Re-send or Remove the invite.

You can email this person directly by clicking on their email.

Once the person has accepted the invite, it will change to Accepted.

You can filter Evaluators by Status or name.


You can Remove or Edit at anytime by clicking the action button to the right of the Evaluator's name.
