Edit Existing Forms

Navigate to Forms.

Setup

Click on the action button for your form and click Edit.

Edit any of the information you have previously entered and hit Continue.

This will automatically take you to the form itself where you can modify the structure and questions. For help on that section, see: Building your Form.
