Inviting Registrants

You need to have enabled this for your Division for it to function.

Click on Invite Users.

There are 2 options. Invite from Submission or by Email.

By Submission

Select your Division. Select your User(s) and check them off.

Choose a form to invite the user to register for.

If you would like to set a date for the invite to expire on, check off Invite Expires and select a date.

Hit Continue. The user will be sent an email with the Invite to Join. There will also be a notification within their SportsHeadz account.

By Email

Enter email, first and last name. Select the form you would like them to register for. If you would like to set a date for the invite to expire, check off Invite Expires and select a date.

Hit Continue. An email will be sent to the User. A notification will also appear in the SportsHeadz account.

View Invites

Navigate to Form Submissions - Invites.

Any invites you have made will appear here. You can filter by Season, Division and even Registrant.

You can see the Status of all of your invites. The action button will give you options for each registrant:
