Linking Games Options

The easiest way to link games in The OneDB to your association website is by using the bulk link option found on the “Check For Issues” page. That page is team-specific.

Assuming you have access to that page, you should see your list of teams at the top.

Below that will be a list of games that have an issue of some kind, which would include any that are not linked to your site.  Below the list of unlinked games is a “click here to link multiple games at once” option:

Click on the “click here” part and that will bring up the page that asks you which games you want to bulk link to your site.  At the end of that list of games is a “check all” option.

As an aside, you have the option to link games one at a time and you *might* choose to do that if you already have games scheduled in your site that you want to merge with the ones in The OneDB.  But you might find it much quicker to bulk link all of them and then you can just delete anything that pre-existed in your own site if they happen to exist.

So assuming you bulk link every game, click the check all option and then the green “Link Game(s)” button.  That will take a few seconds and then you’ll end up back on the Check For Issues page which shouldn’t have any unlinked games showing anymore for that team.  So then just click the next team and repeat the process until it’s done for all of them.
