Copy Season

Admin - Manage Seasons - Setup Season Members - View List of Seasons. Add the new season with dates.

Once the season is created, you can copy over the structure from a previous season. Setup wizards - Copy Season. 

Fill out all required fields and enter 1 into the Increment Team Birth Years. This will make sure all of your previous seasons birth year's all move up by 1. Hit Copy Season. 

You can now make adjustments to the structure of the season. You can also starting Scheduling for this season (Tryouts) WITHOUT changing it to current season by going into the Scheduling Module - Other Seasons. 

You can also start adding Coaches by following the same steps in the Roster module. When you are ready to make this season current, click on it under Manage Seasons and SET AS CURRENT.
